Terms of Use

These are the rules for using Lazy Sweeps. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What Lazy Sweeps is

Lazy Sweeps is a free tool for keeping track of sweepstakes casino daily bonuses, and a directory of those sites. We are not a casino or a sweepstakes operator. We don't run games, hold your money or coins, or process redemptions. Each site is run by its own company under its own rules.

2. Who can use it

• You must be an adult: 18, or 21 where your state requires it.
• Sweepstakes casinos are not allowed in some states, and each site has its own list of places it doesn't serve. Only play where it is legal for you.
• One Lazy Sweeps account per person.

3. Using the site

• Use it for your own tracking. Don't scrape it in bulk, overload it, break into it or get around its limits.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The information here (bonuses, minimums, states) can be out of date or wrong. Check the site itself before you rely on it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. What you add

When you submit a promo code, a site, a referral code or anything else, you confirm you're allowed to share it, and you let us show it on Lazy Sweeps. We may edit or remove anything you add.

5. Links to casinos, and how we're paid

Many Visit and Claim links are referral links. When you sign up through one, the site may give Lazy Sweeps, or a member who shared their own referral code, a reward. It costs you nothing, and it doesn't change how we grade or rank sites.

• You can turn referral links off in Settings ("Skip referral links"). You then get each site's own plain link.
• If you're signed in and already track a site, we send you to its plain link: you already have an account there. (One exception: for a few days after you add a site, its card may use a referral link in case you haven't signed up yet.)
• We don't give referral links to signed-in members whose home state is on our list of states that ban sweepstakes casinos, or on that site's own list. The same goes for a site that is Gold Coins only in your state (play for fun, no Sweeps Coins prizes): you get that site's plain link.

6. Member referral link rules

Members can add their own referral code for a site. Once your account passes our checks, your link shares that site's Visit buttons with ours and other members' links. Our checks look at how old your account is and how often you log your bonuses. Each visitor gets one of the links, picked at random (see "No guaranteed share" below). By adding a link you agree to these rules:

1. One account per person. One link per site.
2. Your own code only. Add only the referral code from your own account at that site.
3. Your code is public. It is part of the link we send visitors to, and many casinos use your username as your code, so anyone who follows your link can see it. Don't add a link if you'd rather keep that private.
4. No self-referral. Don't use your own link to open another account, for yourself or anyone in your household.
5. No buying, selling or sharing someone else's code. Don't add a code that isn't yours, and don't pay or reward anyone for clicks or sign-ups.
6. Follow each casino's own terms, including its referral limits and who you may refer. Some casinos limit or don't allow sharing referral codes in public places; if a casino's terms don't allow your link here, don't add it. Your casino accounts are your responsibility.
7. We may pause or remove any link, or turn off your ability to add links, at any time.
8. No guaranteed share. Lazy Sweeps keeps a share of each site's visits for its own link and the links of its moderators and admins, split evenly between them. Each of the other visits goes to one eligible member's link, picked at random with the same chance for every link, so members' links come out about even over time. If no member link is in the mix for a site, all of its visits go to ours. Each visitor counts once a day. We don't promise any number of visits, sign-ups or rewards. We can't see sign-ups or rewards: the numbers we show are visits we sent.
9. Links expire after 60 days unless you renew them, so codes nobody checks don't linger. Mark a link "cap used up" when the casino stops rewarding new referrals.

We keep your code, when you agreed to these rules, and how many visits each of your links was sent. If you delete your account, your links go with it.

7. No guarantees

Lazy Sweeps is provided as it is, without warranties. We're not responsible for what a casino does: its games, its bonuses, its decisions about your account, or its payments. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using Lazy Sweeps or the sites it links to.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If you keep using Lazy Sweeps after a change, you accept the new terms.
